POLICY STATEMENT

"Scottish Security & Fire Systems recognise and accept their responsibility to establish, effectively operate and maintain, a Quality System based on the requirements Of BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994. This Quality System also meets the requirements of Quality schedule No.SSQS 101 issued by NACOSS (National Approval Council of Security Systems) together with relevant Codes Of Practice applicable to the Installation and Maintenance of Intruder Alarms.

It is our policy to ensure that products and services meet, or where possible exceed our customers expectations and requirements.

We will ensure that these products and services are consistently provided in accordance with specified requirements and regularity standards, in particular, Intruder Alarm Systems which fully comply with BS 4737. Additionally that work carried out within the time-scale agreed with customers.

In meeting these time-scales we will endeavour to ensure that the quality of our product and service is not in any way reduced.
